Blue Hawaii

Serves 1
Prep 5-10

Ingredients: 

45ml Malibu 

15ml Blue Curacao 

60ml Pineapple 

20ml Coconut Cream 

15ml Sugar Syrup 

10 Lemon Juice 

Method: 

Put all ingredients into the Boston shaker, fill with ice and shake for roughly 30 seconds. Strain into an Hurricane glass, fill with ice if needed and add a lemon wheel to garnish, serve and enjoy.

This is cocktail that I discovered while sitting on a beach in Thailand. Tried one and it became the 'usual'. Easy to drink, tasty and refreshing.

The bright colour will grab any customers eyes and the amazing flavour will make them return customers.

Great for a hot summers day by the pool keeping a nice buzz going without feeling too drunk. Not a typical drink for winter but if this is your cocktail you can enjoy it any day oif the year.
