Sugar Syrup

Takes 5 minutes 

Ingredients:

White sugar

Boiling water

Method:

Put the kettle on for your boiling water.

Fill your container half way with sugar then fill the rest with boiling water and stir till all the sugar has been absorbed.

Put the container in the fridge and wait for it to cool. 

Sugar syrup is one of the easier syrups to make as a bartender if the not the easiest. 

It only uses 2 ingredients white sugar and water.

Its a 1:1 ratio meaning half and half.

Allow the syrup to chill in the fridge, once cool its ready to be used in as many cocktails as you want.
