Sugar Syrup

Takes 5 minutes
Ingredients:

White sugar​
Boiling water
​
Method:
​​
Put the kettle on for your boiling water.
​
Fill your container half way with sugar then fill the rest with boiling water and stir till all the sugar has been absorbed.​
​
Put the container in the fridge and wait for it to cool.
​
Sugar syrup is one of the easier syrups to make as a bartender if the not the easiest.
​
It only uses 2 ingredients white sugar and water.
​
Its a 1:1 ratio meaning half and half.
​
Allow the syrup to chill in the fridge, once cool its ready to be used in as many cocktails as you want.
​
