Pornstar Martini

Ingredients: 

30ml Vanilla Vodka

15ml Passoa

30ml Prosecco

30ml Passionfruit Pulp

15ml Lime Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

Method: 

Pour Everything except the prosecco into a shaker. Fill with ice and shake well.

Double strain into a Coupette.

Add the prosecco and garnish with half a Passionfruit.

Optional:

I find that Passionfruits bought in the shops can be hit or miss so i use a dried fruit in the bar, cheaper and long lasting.
