Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:
30ml Bourbon
15ml Sugar syrup
Egg Whites (One egg)
Bitters
Method:
Put Bourbon, Sugar Syrup and Egg Whites into the Boston shaker, Dry shake then, fill with ice and shake for roughly 10 seconds. Strain into an Old fashioned glass, add bitter hearts as a garnish.
Then serve and enjoy.
Optional:
Use Aquafaba as a egg white substitute for a vegan option.
