Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients: 

10ml Vodka

10ml Gin

10ml Tequila

10ml White Rum

10ml Cointrau

15ml Lime Juice

Coke

Method: 

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Add the vodka, Gin, Tequila, White rum, Cointreau and the lime juice then fill with coke.

Give it a stir then garnish with a lime wheel.

Optional:

I use 10ml for the spirits as I am limited with RSA restrictions in my bar but feel free to increase yours. 

Cointreau is the most common Triple sec but any brand will work the same, the better the brand the better the taste. However most people are drinking a Long Island to get drunk and dont care about the taste.
