Passionfruit Mojito

Prep time: 5-10
Ingredients:
Handful Of Mint
45ml White Rum
15ml Passoa
60ml Passion Fruit Pulp
15ml Sugar Syrup
Method:
Add the mint and the passionfruit pulp to a glass shaker and muddle.
Add the White Rum, sugar syrup and the Passoa and shake hard but slowly.
Strain the cocktail back into the glass shaker then add ice and squash.
Add a mint leaf and a Lemon slice to garnish.
Optional:
Similar to orange juice juice, some people prefer it without pulp and some people want it. This recipe can be changed slightly for a different feel. When you've strained the cocktail back into the glass shaker allow some of the mint and pulp back in to. This give the cocktail a bit more texture.
