Ingredients: 

30ml Fireball

30ml Lime

15ml Sugar Syrup

Alcoholic Ginger Beer

Cinnamon Stick

Method: 

Add the sugar syrup, lime juice and the fireball to a shaker and fill with ice and shake well.

Fill an old fashioned glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.

Top up with Alcoholic Ginger beer.

Add a cinnamon stick as a garnish.

Optional:

I find that cinnamon sticks can be expensive and not worth it for a garnish, A dried fruit works well too.
