Redskin Delight

Ingredients: 

30ml Mozart White chocolate liqueur 

15ml Gordons Pink Gin 

30ml Raspberry Cordial 

30ml Sugar Syrup 

15ml Lime Juice 

Method: 

Put all ingredients into the shaker, fill with ice and shake well for roughly 30 seconds. 

Strain into an Low Ball glass, serve and enjoy. 

Optional: 

Fill the glass with ice. I usually serve without but its up to you and the size of your glass. Add a garnish. A skewer with a Redskin (red ripper) and 2 pink straws.

The perfect cocktail for anyone that has a sweet tooth. A bright, colourful addition to your lists and a great look on anyones instagram.

This started with an attempt at a Christmas cocktail for my bar but by a lucky accident I was able to make a delicious and quiet successful cocktail.

I started with the red and white colour palette and a white choc raspberry flavour pallet and a candy cain design in mind. I couldn't get the right look despite trying with lots of different ingredients and methods.

Through trial and error and some more trials I landed on the Redskin Delight and went a different direction for the Christmas cocktail I was going for, one day I will get around to making a candy cain cocktail.
